مدير الاستقبال عنصري يتعامل فقط مع جنسيات معينه وغير مهذب.. منعوني استخدم خمام السباحه عشان عملت شيك اوت. كل فنادق العالم تسمحلك تكمل يومك هما رفضو.

كان في أعمال بناء على الشاطئ ولم يتم إبلاغنا بذلك قبل الوصول كان جزء كبير منه مقفل مهم تتأكدون قبل الوصول والحجز كان الشاطئ فيه عوائل واطفال في اول وقد يكون السبب انه شاطئ مشترك وما كان واضح هالشي في الحجز، لكن ثاني يوم اصبح الشاطئ فاضي فجأه وفيه فقط سكان الفندق لكن للأسف الجو ما كان مناسب للسباحة يومها برد وهوا توقيت جيتنا ما كان في الموسم

La chambre et sa salle de bain vieillissantes - Mal entretenue - tous les accessoires vieux (pas de prises accessibles dans la chambre - seche cheveux - fer à repasser - cafetière etc ..... Cela gâche un peu. Il serait indispensable de rajeunir les chambres

The Cairo Marriott remains one of my favorite properties in the city. The combination of historic architecture, palace heritage, and beautifully maintained gardens creates an atmosphere that few hotels can match. Its location in Zamalek offers convenient access to Cairo while still providing a sense of calm. The palace gardens, outdoor spaces, and stunning Nile views remain among the hotel's strongest features, while the live instrumental music played each evening near the main entrance adds a beautiful touch to the arrival experience. The staff were consistently hospitable and welcoming, always willing to assist. The reception and check-in teams were friendly, informative, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. I also appreciated the noticeable improvements made since my previous visits, reflecting a proactive leadership team that listens to feedback and continuously strives to enhance the guest experience and maintain the standards expected of a leading hospitality property.

While my overall experience was positive, there are still opportunities to improve consistency and communication. Service requests would benefit from clearer updates and confirmations, as the uncertainty while waiting for information was often more frustrating than the delay itself. Due to the size of the property, occasional service delays are understandable, but proactive communication would help manage expectations.

El Marriott Zamalek es un hotel muy especial; el palacio central fue contruido para alojar al emperador de Francia durante la inauguración del canal de Suez, en 1869. Los dos edificios que albergan las habitaciones están a ambos lados del palacio. Se trata de un hotel muy elegante, con muchas opciones de restauración, un servicio de habitaciones excelente, personal muy amable, un jardín donde pasar una estupenda velada cenando, una picina magnífica y, en fin, todos los servicios que uno pueda imaginar. La suite que nos dieron era muy grande, las camas extraordinarias, el baño con todos los detalles y más. Acomodaba perfectamente a tres personas con espacio más que de sobra. Además, está situado en la isla de Zamalek, uno de los barrios más interesantes de la no siempre amigable Cairo. Si uno decide no salir, puedes pasarlo estupendamente disfrutando de su lujo y sus servicios. Absolutamente recomendable.

Breakfast buffet was nowhere near worth the money charged. Staff a little too overbearing at times. Expensive The entitled and rude guests, the disgraceful way some of them spoke to the lovely, hard working staff.

Beautiful and charming hotel in a former palace with fantastic staff- all friendly, kind, professional, helpful, and very attentive to details and excellence. The breakfast buffet was an absolute feast beyond belief- with so many offerings for all tastes and dietary needs - all gorgeously presented and expertly served (for those items which weren't self-serve).There were also several excellent restaurants within the hotel complex (some situated in, or opening onto, the lovely, gracious inner landscaped courtyard) serving a variety of different (and delicious!) cuisines. The hotel has both spacious and cosy indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy for relaxing or relating, including cafes and garden areas. The whole effect is classically glamorous, but the hotel's modern comforts and friendly ambience is welcoming to all. I loved my stay (and especially my room with a view of the Nile!), and look forward to my next visit! xx

Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes et mériteraient d'être rénovées. Il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans ma chambre. J'étais au 11ème étage, vue sur le stade de foot et le soir c'était très bruyant. Un soir, nous avons dîné au restaurant Steakhouse, et il y avait un mariage dans une salle voisine, c'était extrêmement bruyant et désagréable.

Even though the lobby looked amazing the rooms weren’t too good. Begs were comfortable but i have comparison to marriott in giza. Rooms there we better equipped than in cairo. The shower wasn’t working properly too. It wasnt a bad visit but i expected more from marriott

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und ruhig. Es war alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ein Traum. Es fehlt an nichts ! Im Restaurant speiste ich aus der Karte der französischen Küche. Es war köstlich !

This hotel exceeded our expectations completely. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was excellent and the amenities the same. I couldn’t recommend the Marriott, Zamalek highly enough.
