Wir konnten auf Anfrage das Zimmer wechseln. Somit hatten wir eine sehr gute Aussicht/ Lage. Es war eine sehr gute Leistung der Rezeption. Der Concierge Service war außerdem sehr gut. Es wurde uns ermöglicht die Opera zu besichtigen, trotz Streik. Restaurant und Kellner überragend hilfsbereit und freundlich und äußerst kompetent.

Great location and an impressive lobby. Breakfast at Café de la Paix is a real bonus. Rooms are quite small and could use a refurbishment—our shower had no hot water and we had an early checkout. Housekeeping could be better too - not sure I’d stay again.

Beautiful hotel but showing its age. The room was nicely arranged and bed was very comfortable, but the room had a musty smell that did not go away even with the AC running. The breakfast is really wonderful, with a wide variety of offerings, all very delicious. Also the lobby bar service is excellent.

Nothing particular, small things. In our room toilet bowl was slightly inclined/tilted on one side and was looking as it will detach from the wall since it was producing screeching sound when seated. But nothing happened. Anyway would be good to reinstall it properly. Pillows are tooooo soft. There should be at least one that is properly firm.

Our -little- birthday celebration weekend hideaway, "La Parisienne". One of the Signature Suites at InterContinental Paris - Le Grand Hotel. Needless to say, we had a wonderful time with exceptional service as usual. Thanks again to the wonderfull management and staff whom make this hotel exceptional.

Very clean and beautiful hotel! Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great location too! We had a great stay and will stay again any time I’m in Paris!

Pleas maintain the drains as the bathroom sinks did not drain the water fast enough after use. Also the hotel can be very busy! Especially at breakfast time! One of the days we had to queue and wait but not for very long. Just the breakfast room can be noisy and full.

Nicolas checked us in and we had a very lovely stay here. Our bed was very comfortable and we even had a view of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was sensational and also the staff was very helpful. Yingxi and Tiago were two people that made sure our stay was exceptional as they were terrific. We also had a massage here and it was magical and relaxing. They also have a beautiful bar and we enjoyed having a few drinks there. It may very well be the most beautiful hotel in all of Paris and maybe anyplace else as well. We would love to return.

Bed was narrow. Initially we paid for king size bed, but it appeared that bed was only 157cm in width. We paid to upgrade the room with king size bed. There was a cue for breakfast in the morning. Food was good and tasty, but nothing special.

I have to recommend this hotel because it exceeded all my expectations. I stayed here with my wife for our anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of. We booked a Junior Suite, which turned out to be an excellent choice – the room was very spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We had our anniversary dinner outside the hotel, but later returned to the Club Lounge. I highly recommend upgrading to it – the variety of food and the elegant atmosphere made the experience even more special. The staff throughout the hotel were outstanding – from the front desk receptionists, waiters, and concierge to the housekeeping team and room service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Everything about this place is 10/10. We were pleasantly surprised by how great our stay was, and we are already planning to come back in winter. Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable!
