The reception area is very chaotic and noisy The rooms are not soundproof so I couldn't sleep from the noise and when I raised this no help was offered till I had to chase it for more than 2 hours while feeling tired and exhausted from sleeping the night before.

Only two bottles of water provided each day, which is not enough in Cairo’s hot climate. It would be helpful to have food ingredient labels for common allergens e.g, gluten and diary. Some facilities in the room are getting old and need refurbishment.

The corner-Nile-view room was spacious. The staff were great, always responded promptly and positively for any request, e.g. more water bottles. We were "upgraded" to the higher floors (they call them "executive", they're just very high floor), and thank God for that, as the noise from the city and music on the ground would have been awful from lower floors. The breakfast was good, but not exceptional. However, the staff there were very kind and pleasant, and they had one different dish every day. The food was good, though not fantastic.

Noise from the street, including music, which the staff said was coming from outside the hotel (it seems to us that during weekends, some parties were going on in the hotel). Also, many guests were very noisy (sometimes at 2 am) and misbehaving, though it would have been difficult for the hotel to police that. The view from the room was good from one side (the Nile river) and bad from the balcony (wide construction).

The GYM isn’t suitable to 5 stars hotel. Really I couldn’t believe that. Obviously if we make comparison between the number of rooms that reached more than 600 rooms in the hotel, and the number of sets in the GYM.There is only one “treadmill” and out of service and none more than 5 !!!!!!!!! So my message to hotel administration, please take care of that notice.

The location is AMAZING, we have been all over the hotels on the Nile front and this is the ONLY ONE, that gives you long view for the Nile river not partial! Its a fabulous location

It was very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Miss Fatima in guest relations was excellent in every way! She helped us in every issue and the stay was great! I highly recommend Hilton Ramses!
