! الملاحظات: housekeeping missed us 1 day. that happens. around 5:00pm, i asked front desk to at least send up some towels. around 9:00pm i waited at front desk for 5+ minutes and no one came. 2 ladies checking people has lines that were too long, went back to roon and tried to call housekeeping, reception and concierge, phone just rang and rang. for the price we paid, you should have more staff.

The location was great for exploring London, near to two tube stations and Charing Cross rail station, all within a short walk, as were restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, theatres, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden

✓ الإيجابيات: We stayed at the strand for the first few days in London. It's The perfect distance to good coffee and bagels as well as amazing places to eat for lunch and dinner. Public transport made it easy to explore museums, the aquarium, and the amusement park. It was pretty easy to walk around and explore Parks and other iconic landmarks without use of public transportation. The beds were comfortable.
