موقعه ممتاز لكن بالغالب كنا نحتاج تاكسي نظافة الغرف والمرافق ممتازة والموظفين مرحبون ومبتسمين النادي مفتوح 24 ساعه المسبح في اثنين داخلي وخارجي وكلهم في موظفين على طول في المسبح تتطمنين ع الاطفال هناك والحمامات جاهزه من كل شيء حاطين ارواب ومناشف واماكن مخصصه للشاور ولوكرز تحطون فيها اغراضكم في يبيعون اغراض السباحة من نظارات وملابس للكبار والصغار بس الاسعار غاليه شرينا نظارتين سباحه وكاب سباحة ب 3500 ليرة فيه عندهم صالون سويت شعري استشوار بس عندهم شغلهم ممتاز لكن سعرهم غالي 2000 ليرة

جلسنا فيها ٥ ايام بس يوم واحد نظفوا الغرفه يوم كلمت الهاوس كيبينق باقي الايام نروح ونطلع والغرفه نفس ماهي المسبح كان بارد السعر الحجز في بوكنج زاد عليه لما جيت ادفع في مكان الاقامه على كلام الريسبشن السعر كان باليورو وهو حاسبها لي بالدولار ؟ المفروض بالريال الحجز 5,878 ريال كذا مكتوب في بوكنج لكن للاسف دفعت 6,689 ريال والنكبة برق رفضت العملية فاضطريت ادفع بفيزا ومع رسوم الدولي 150 ريال . الفطور عادي جداً وصراحة مافطرنا فيه كل الايام

I have stayed at many Conrad properties around the world, including Athens and Dubai, and this was by far the most disappointing. The lobby, entrance, and common areas are beautiful, but the rooms are a completely different story. The room felt outdated, poorly maintained, and far below the standard expected from the Conrad brand. This is not about the hotel being old—many luxury hotels are old and elegant. The issue is the lack of upkeep. Worn and damaged towels, an extremely uncomfortable bed, and an overall neglected feeling made for a very disappointing stay. The gap between the impressive public spaces and the actual guest rooms is shocking. Unfortunately, this property does not reflect the level of quality I expect from Conrad.

Honestly had the best time at conrad bosphorus last week. the hotel is beautiful and everything is proper luxury. room was huge and so clean, literally the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in. you have to visit the lounge on the top floor the views over the water are unreal :) we sat there for hours just looking at the boats. breakfast was amazing too so many choices and everything tasted so fresh. staff were so polite and helped us with everything. it is on a hill in besiktas but we just got taxis everywhere so it wasnt an issue at all. 10/10 will definitely stay here again when back in istanbul! Mr İbrahim was amazing!!!

Had a great time in the awesome city of Istanbul. The Conrad hotel has great facilities and the location overlooking the Bosphorus is just incredible. Shout out to Nadir who was my server during breakfast and dinner on multiple days. The hotel is very good, but it’s people like Nadir that keeps you coming back. You’re great, Nadir!

Hotel service was amazing from start to finish, they were so kind and helpful and everything was really fast, no delays. Would highly recommend staying here. The guest services staff were lovely, and when I checked in Mert and Ela were really accommodating.

The hotel location is good as it is near to a verity of places, a good view of the the room we had, very helpful staff, and a special thanks to the gust experience manager for her welcoming and assistance.

We ate at the Italian restaurant at the Conrad in Istanbul and the service was amazing and the food was great. Our servers were Azra and Ferat. Azra was the hostess and Ferat was our server. He had a great sense of humor and was very attentive to our needs. He totally made the experience pleasurable.

This is one of my favorite Hotel, amazing services, with the great view to the Bosphorus, all those associates made my stay Great; Club Lounge : Mehmet so attentive; Fitness Center:Melike she's doing excellent job; Mrs Gozde and Mr. Aziz Atsan like always are in all the details. Services, clean,awful services, variety of breakfast Old furniture and the hotel needs renovation.its look like 3 star hotel the building and services The concierge was very rude We wanted some almonds at the cafe in the lobby, but they said no and treated us very badly. The floors of the entire breakfast area were sticky to the touch. I endured these 5 nights with difficulty. It was awful overall.

Great, helpful staff and the executive lounge greeted with a smile helpful very clean. Location was fantastic. Liked everything about the hotel from front doorman to every staff member and is close to lots of different things. I believe you’ll have a great time and thank you again the executive room staff members who helped us.

Beautiful room. It's very spacious and clean with amazing views. The staff at hotel are wonderful, friendly and helpful. Especially our house keeper, Servan! He went out of the way to ensure our room was clean and relaxing! Thank you Servant!! Only other thing was the amazing breakfast buffet! One of the best I've had!

I recently submitted a review about a recent incident happened related to the room and how it was handled by some of the staff. Today, I have to give credit to a special person, Ms. Gozde Hanedar. She is one of the managers there and I can tell she has a world perspective when it comes to managing difficult situations. I later learned she holds a Canadian permanent residency which explains why she understands and knows how to tackle issues. She is incredible. She needs to be promoted to a position where she can train all other managers how to handle crises which is a special topic in itself- crises management in many organizations. She is the only reason I am changing my rating here. She and all the door staff, bell boys and restaurant staff will probably the only reason I will still come back to Conrad. Thank you Ms. Hanedar for your approach to problem solving. I hope Conrad leadership realizes your potential and promotes you to train other managers.

The location is fantastic. The view is beautiful, especially from the 14th four. Excellent service with a huge smile at the biggest plus of the hotel. Starting from the Bell boys, the cleaning stuff and also the in room dining like Ali Ilkay are fantastic. It was great to be .
