The room is okay as a size but the design is old , location is great and most of the guests are family with kids so its safe as well . Shower space is good as well .

The hotel is in renovation phase and with a poor lobby , the hotel was expensive for the standard received from the lobby to the smelly rooms corridors and as well the rooms itself is outdated . So overall experience did not match the price we paid for this hotel .

Staff were hit and miss, some were pleasant and nice, others were rude and abrupt. Heatwave in Paris, aircon didnt work in the evening. Buffet breakfast was nice, but would be good if it was switched up every few days.

Hotel Is heel oud. Eén kamer voor drie personen is gewoon dezelfde als voor twee, maar dan met een stretcher. Dus je betaald het dubbele.

The check in was horrible. We arrived at 1:30 pm (check-in clearly noted 2 PM) and told the rooms not ready. They said 20-30 min and took our luggage and it was all good. We went for lunch and came back over an hour later and still our rooms were not ready! We had two rooms with five people so we all waited another 30 minutes in the lobby before being given one small room for the two people and told the other room would maybe be an hour or so!? We had arrived on an international flight and been up for over 24 hours at that point and finally around 4 pm - 2 hours after check-in time before we finally got the room! The bed was super uncomfortable, incredibly lumpy. The pillows had no support. Stayed four nights - it’s important to note that the hotel is under major construction (not sure how long this will take) but If you plan to sleep in past 9 AM the jackhammer will start and shakes the whole building. For some reason on the third night, the water started running. Water was running constantly in the wall. No water was leaking into the room that could be seen but It sounded like someone was showering constantly all night long. The water ran like you were sleeping in a waterfall and kept us up. I spoke to the concierge who said they would check on it as it sounded like a pipe or toilet was broken or something. By the next night, I called down again after not having any sleep and was told there was an issue with the hotel and nothing could be done. The water wasn’t causing damage - It was just running through the pipes like a waterfall was raging all night long in the room - needless to say we couldn’t wait to check out after four very sleepless, tired nights at this hotel

Posizione strepitosa! In pieno centro, a fianco della fermata della RER e della metro, per spostarsi comodamente da e per l'aeroporto e per la città. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 (con due bambini di 5 e 8 anni) nella family suite. Camera molto spaziosa m, comoda e ben arredata. Colazione molto ricca.

מלון מפנק מאוד. קרוב לרחוב הראשי עם כל המותגים. ממש מתחת יש תחנת מטרו ותחנת רכבת. אזור שקט ונעים גם בלילה. מפנקים עם פינוקים לילדים במהלך היום..ממש נהננו!

Die Lage ist super, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war schön ruhig, sauber und gemütlich.

Die Preise (allerdings auch allgemein für Übernachtungen in Paris) stehen in keinem Verhältnis. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, aber für den Preis eher Basic und klein (Dreibettzimmer). Die Lobby und der Frühstücksraum waren meistens sehr überfüllt und das Frühstück war trotz vorheriger Nachfrage nicht wirklich vegan-freundlich.

La pulizia. Purtroppo la nostra camera era sporca. Sotto al letto abbiamo trovato tanta polvere e residui di cibo consumati da altri ospiti precedentemente (residui di pasta ) e calzini sporchi. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception che subito ai e’ attivata per far pulire là camere.

Konumu çok iyiydi, metronun hemen yanında. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve yeterliydi. Dışarısında tadilat vardı saat 17.00 sonrası çalışma yoktu, gün içerisinde otelde fazla zaman geçirmediğimiz için bizim açımızdan sorun olmadı. Tekrar kalmayı düşüneceğimiz bir oteldi.
