This is one of the best Hotels. As a first time visitor to UK I am sold and would recommend the Hotel to my people. The stuff is amazing, reception is easy to chat too, they went my food in the evenings, I am also able to take some lunch during breakfast, the hotel deserves a 5 star and of course my Friend George who made sure I am well taken care of.. he works at the Breakfast space.

We organized a surprise trip to London for my son's birthday and we booked the hotel for the occasion. Upon arrival on his birthday, we were upgraded to a superior room and my son received many thoughtful little touches from the staff. The hotel is very well located, easily accessible by metro. It's very clean, and the rooms are very pleasant. The breakfast is very good. I will gladly return. A special thank to Bhavana for her welcome and her kindness !

The drawback was as a family we weren’t notified at booking that it would actually be two interconnected rooms. The room itself was lovely and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The hotel was well positioned. Quick shout out for Sharan who gave us great service during breakfast.

The location is easily accessible, and the hotel seems friendly at first glance. The reception staff was helpful, but only up to a point.

Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as I expected. I was disappointed with the cleanliness. There were no slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, bathrobes, or anything in the mini-bar. We called reception to ask for slippers and the basic dental kit, and they told us they couldn't bring them up and that we had to come down to reception to pick them up ourselves. Quite disappointing for a 4-star hotel. We also requested towels by calling reception and were told the same thing. At that point, I told them it is not normal for me, as a guest, to walk through the hotel carrying towels. Besides paying for the room, we are also paying for the amenities. They understood and said they would do their best to bring them within 15 minutes. Of course, they didn't bring them. I called again and told them they had to do everything possible to have someone at our room with the towels within 2 minutes. And it worked. But only after two phone calls and, unfortunately, an unpleasant experience. In the kitchen and reception area, it is very hot and crowded because the kitchen is literally inside the reception. Or the reception is inside the kitchen. For a 4-star hotel, a welcoming, intimate yet open reception area matters enormously for a first impression. It is unpleasant to speak with reception while people are eating breakfast just a few meters away, with the sound of cutlery in the background. It would be a good idea to reorganize this space.

The hotel was really clean, and the rooms felt modern and stylish. There were loads of towels, which was great. The location’s pretty handy too, with a tube station just around the corner, so getting around is easy. However, the hotel is located on a street which is not the best. Opposite the hotel is a derelict space with loads of graffiti boarding

The breakfast was really disappointing. The ingredients were low quality - sausages had an artificial taste. The pastries and muffins were dry and the bread tasteless, leaving little to enjoy. Fresh options were limited to fruit, which was the only highlight. The tea and coffee were poor, and even the orange juice was warm. In the end, we chose to have breakfast elsewhere and found a charming nearby café that was far more enjoyable

The hotel was very comfortable. The beds were wonderful, The breakfast was a delicious value and filling and was included in the cost of our stay. Ben cleaned our tables and always had a fun word to say as he did his work. The atmosphere is family forward. And once we got used to the trains, the location wasn’t bad either.

Conveniently located at the junction of Brick Lane, Shoreditch, Whitechapel. A short walk from Spitalfields Market (restaurants, Poli & Jo bags!, etc.). It's a totally eclectic neighborhood, multicultural, artsy, etc. Only a few tube stops away from everything. The hotel itself has been nicely renovated and maintained. Rooms are comfy and ultra quiet with good AC/heating controls and dependable WIFI. Shower is OK, water pressure so so, but soft top quality towels make my day. Housekeeping is spot on. Breakfast: extremely loud buffet... and we found the food to be awful. It's industrially prepared food, too salty, or just not good. Some people actually rave about the breakfast. Honestly cannot understand that. Coffee selection is good, but the output is sub-par. If you don't mind that, then it's 5 stars. After leaving our plates 90% full the first morning, we discovered a lot of nice breakfast places in the area... and really excellent coffee shops almost next door (e.g. Much A-Brew About Nothing). Would we stay there again. Most certainly if the price is right.

The hotel is very well situated with bus stops or underground , Aldgate East, very close. Calm room, we slept very well during our stay ( 6 nights). Very secured access to the rooms , which was appreciated. Daily cleaning , confortable bed, good quality bathroom products, tea/ coffee/ etc ..in quantity. Breakfast was ok, including fruit, and very good fresh yoghurt , the breakfast area can get quite crowded and noisy, not really suited for a relaxing moment.!! However the staff cleaning up the tables is very friendly, always a kind word , spécial thanks to SHARAN for his lovely smiling face despite being busy.
