Our rooms, 715 and 716 were both very clean with great facilities. The staff and in particular the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. We ate in your casual restaurant the once agin the staff were helpful and friendly. The meals we ordered (burgers) arrived looking good and they tasted good too.

For me personally the mattress was too soft and caused me some discomfort during my sleep. Breakfast was disappointing in that the cooked items like sausages and bacon looked like they had been there a while. Ditto the croissant etc, dry and unappetising. Coffee from the machines wasn't too bad.

Great location with an amazing view of the London Eye and Big Ben. The room was comfortable, and being so close to major attractions made our stay very convenient.

The breakfast was good, but I would have appreciated a wider variety of options. Unfortunately, the reception experience was disappointing. The receptionist seemed cold and not particularly welcoming, which was not the best first impression

Great location right next to the Eye and in a walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden. Very comfort and spacious room with all kind of equipment.

Chambres très petites . Des placards vides mis à disposition vides pour rien. Installations salle de bain et sanitaires très anciennes. J’avais demandé des peignoirs et chaussons, sans jamais les avoir . Pas de fenêtres dans la chambre . Il fait donc rapidement très chaud . Petit déjeuner moyen et répétitif pendant une semaine . Pour le prix je m’attendais largement à mieux pour cette chaîne d’hôtel . Peu de place pour la salle de petit déjeuner . Personnel pas très souriant apart une dame blonde du petit déjeuner très accueillante.

Room #101 looked over two walls; room very hot had to run noisy air on all night. Bathroom & shower dated. Disappointing for the price.

Room was clean but needed some tlc. Tap in kitchenette was loose. Marks on the units and damage to the walls. Shower tray was blocked and so water from shower leaked out all over the floor. Noise in atrium all night kept me awake. Shower was incredibly noisy.

Breakfast area was a little crowded. The chain owns four hotels in the area, but did not make that clear at all, so we went to the wrong hotel at first.

Good hotel in great location with shops, travel links and tourist spots near to the hotel. Housekeeping was nice making the stay easy and the concierge team were helpful and friendly.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Anbindung Underground Waterloo 5min. Big Ben, London Eye, .... alles zu Fuß 2min. Apotheke und Snacks direkt vor bei der Station Waterloo. Abendspaziergang an der Themse direkt vor dem Hotel einfach super.

Sauberkeit im Zimmer war schon besser. War das dritte Mal in dem Hotel, bin mir aber noch nicht sicher, ob ich nicht das nächste Mal wechsle. Es sind zwar nur Kleinigkeiten aber die machen es aus. Haben das Zimmer für drei Personen gebucht. Alles war aber nur für zwei hergerichtet. Wieder runter Rezeption alles erklären. Mitarbeiter kommt bringt Handtücher und richtet das Sofa für die dritte Person. Nächste Reklamation Seife im Spender zum Händewaschen im Zimmer ist leer. Mitarbeiter kommt und füllt auf. Sauberkeit im Zimmer nicht OK. Wie gesagt wir kennen es anders und bei dem Preis, welcher für die Lage normal ist, waren wir anderes gewohnt.

Das Zimmer war ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel waren teilweise an den Kanten abgeschlagen. Die Fugen im Badezimmer waren schmutzig.

Location was easy walking distance for Westminster area, with numerous pubs/restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable, on the 11th floor and had a double aspect with views of the Shard & London Eye. We arrived 3 hours early due to our travel times but were given access to the room immediately. I guess we were just lucky the room was available early. Breakfast comprised a very good range of options and the bacon was superb!

The shower was in the bath, with quite a significant step to get in/out. Although there was a handrail, it was still not particularly easy. A minor thing but possibly not for somebody infirm or very elderly.

This hotel is ideal for sightseeing in London and and waterloo Station. The hotel its self is clean and fresh , the only thing is the funiture in our room could do with freshing up and a bit of maintenance. For example cupboard door when opened dropped, some of the formica on the furniture damaged or peeling off.so looks untidy.friendly and helpful staff. The only thing is for drinks and food in the hotel expensive. Can't comment on main meals, but the breakfast very very good. The wellbeing/gym closed for refit, so can't comment.

Nothing very happy with our stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We found that the A/C wasn’t functioning in our room but the staff quickly responded by sending a mechanic and then providing us an alternate room. They were helpful with all our enquiries and provided a lot of assistance during our stay. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The views of London Eye was fabulous especially at night. The location was very convenient and close to buses and metro. Overall, the accommodation was absolutely wonderful and I would stay there again. Thank you Park Plaza for a wonderful customer service.

Location could not be better. We were staying in a suite which was spacey and had kitchenette. There are shops nearby meaning we could get snacks/milk/breakfast items for the kids and store in the fridge. Amazing views of London Eye and Big Ben. It's a shame the sauna and steam room weren't working when we stayed.

The sofa bed was super squeaky. Also in this part of the room you could hear a lot of noise from the lift which we were right opposite.

Konum mükemmeldi, her yere ulaşım çok kolay, turistik cazibelerin yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve zengin, fakat küçük bir kahvaltı salonu olduğundan masaya oturmak için sıra beklemek gerekebiliyor. Oda aile konaklaması için çok kullanışlı, iki küçük çocukla aile odasında çok rahat ettik. Havlular her gün değiştirildi, çarşaflar 3 günde bir. Çocuklu tatil için kesinlikle öneririm, fiyat performans dengesi iyi. Restoranın yemeği iyi ama servis biraz yavaş. Personel kibar.

Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi, biraz tozluydu, her gün sadece havluları değiştirip çıkıyorlardı. Banyo ve oda temizliği çok iyi değildi. Odada klima var ama hiç cam açılmıyor, temiz hava erişimi yok, bu biraz bunaltıcı olabiliyor.
