✓ الإيجابيات: Its a tricky hotel to review to be honest. It has great location, obviously. It has spacious suites, Possibly the best in whole Madina hotels But then, Furniture is extremely old, even they look very dated. It has spacious wash rooms with great water pressure, But water temperature is very difficult to adjust because of decades old installations. Beds are big, but mattresses are not balanced. But its a hotel we keep coming back to, because it does one thing that's simply the best among all the hotels I can compare it to, it offers genuine care and service. Guest relations officer Bashayer Marwani, If I am spelling the name correctly, she made us forget all the problems atleast for our stay during our complaints session with her. We went with complaints and she sent us back satisfied by trying to do everything she could. We had dinner and breakfast in our booking, and the staff there was great, I believe Rami Mousa, was the person in charge there, and he and his team made sure that our disappointment on not having enough subcontinent dishes, especially in breakfast and even in dinner, was taken care of from our second day of stay, and if we complained of cold muffins and then the bakery hot muffins were sent to us and then on the last dinner of our stay, they even got a chef from other hotel and made chicken Karahi, famous sub continent dish, for us. Thats just brilliant customer care. So yes, despite its old rooms, it still is the best out there and they get the little things like these and big things like location and space, brilliantly.
