الفندق جميل جدا خصوصا للمسافر قريب المطار يوجد في الاستقبال موظف اسمه احمد كان في الرياض سابقا رجل ممتاز وخلوق جدا ومتعاون شكرا له الغرف جميله جدا ونظيفه واهم شي السرير واللحاف تنام وأنت مرتاح مريح جدا وانصح بالتعامل مع احمد في الريسبشن اللي يوصله راح يأخذ خدمات ممتازه اطلب منه فقط ما تريد واترك الباقي راح يضبطك الرجل خدوم الشهادة لله والله خير الشاهدين

لم أواجه شي لم يعجبني ماعدا في مطعم في الدور الأرضي اسبورت أكله متوسط في الاستيك لكن المكرونه جميله بصراحه لكن احيانا بعد طلبك تطلب عصير مثلا يبداً احيانا الموظف يحاول بإلحاح يقولك خذ ثاني ومعاه في يده مكينه الحساب ههههه يبغاك تأخذ فوق احتياجك ومعاه جهاز الفيزا مهما تقول لا برضه يحاول حتي في النهايه يجيب لك مشروبك أمامك وتقول لا في وجهه وقتها راح يرجع ههههه عجيب الموظف والآخر يعزز له ايوه جيب تاني ويحاول ايضا.هههه عجيب فعلا وأنت اساسا لو مجاني خلاص يعني ما تبغي هههههههه

Curtains did not close well, so the Sun shines will enter the room in the morning. Also they charge the car parking

The overall experience. Took a pre-authorisation on a pay-at-hotel booking, subsequently took another pre-authorisation at check-in, and I’m still awaiting release of the funds of the initial pre-authorisation. The in-room coffee option of one powder sachet of Nescafé anda kettle was laughable and embarrassing for what is supposedly a 5 star hotel. Ordered a basic appetiser at the pool with took almost one hour to deliver from the restaurant due to ‘issues in the kitchen’. Barely 4-star experience overall. Highly disappointed at would not recommend.

Locatie was ideaal als tussenstop voor de vlucht naar huis. Buffet is zeer uitgebreid en enorm lekker. Personeel receptie is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Personeel in het restaurant was echt niet vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Er waren uitzonderingen maar die persoon dien wij hadden was niet vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Geen glazen bij een flesje drinken, pizza pas na een uur geleverd, half koud al, enz

Strange to say, but the staff fussed over you, even asking after two hours how we rate our stay.

The immediate response from the reception when I arrived late and tired to see a "party" outside - she read my mind and stated that I'd been issued a room away from the possible noise.

The people from Egypt always want tips. When you give them a tip they get upset if they do not perceive it's a big tip. They lied to us that the shuttle was free and then ask us for a tip. I really would not choose Egypt as a holiday destination because of this.

Einige Mitarbeiter wollten für jede Kleinigkeit eine Aufmerksamkeit und waren teilweise aufdringlich. Und leider ist das Internet (Speed) nicht auf einem entsprechenden Standard.

空港直結で安心感があった。清潔かつ広々としていて、快適だった。朝食ビュッフェが大変充実しており、美味しかった。レストランスタッフも気さくで気持ちよかった。

The location is obviously great. So easy to get to the hotel from the airport. The reason I am giving such high rating though is because of the amazing staff. Right from the person at check in to the woman in the souvenir shop. All were smiling, happy and kind. I am sorry. I can not remember their names -

I was unable to make my fully paid for booking because my flight from Casablanca to Cairo had been canceled due to the Middle East fuel crisis. Le Meridian refused to refund my payment. Unacceptable.

They were playing a wedding at 11PM when I had a flight at 4am. Why on earth would they do that at an airport hotel.
