„Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Istanbul. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, und die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. besonders mein Zimmer war mit pool, wünderschöne Aussicht, wunderbare Atnospfere. Nun Besonders angetan waren wir von der Aufmerksamkeit des Personals. Wir möchten uns bei Frau Hazal Çiçek für seine Professionalität und Gastfreundschaft bedanken.An der Rezeption waren stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert.Herr Ali besonderes Dank und Frau Hilal. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Superwisor Frau Asuman sehr Hilfsbereit und Freulich, besondere Dank. Wir werden dieses Hotel bei unserer nächsten Istanbulreise definitiv wieder wählen.“İn Frühstück bereich liebe Ayşe sehr freundlich mit Fröhliches Gesicht. Das Hotel erhält von uns generell Bestnoten für seine Lage, Sauberkeit und den Service des Personals. Besonders hervorgehoben werden die Nähe zur Aquarium und die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals.

It’s a bit far out but you can take a direct train very close to the hotel that will take you to the old town in about 20 minutes. The restaurant is a little pricy and choice is average. I’d pass unless you desperately had to eat there.

Desi am plătit camera cu vederea la mare , camera avea vederea obturata spre mare, trebuia sa ieși pe balcon pentru a vedea marea... Neatenția unor chelneri preocupați socializare între ei.

Très bel hôtel avec une vue magnifique. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et bien entretenue. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, avec un large choix de produits de qualité. Le personnel était accueillant et attentif. J’ai passé un excellent séjour et je recommande cet établissement.

Свежий ремонт, не большая гостиница, все красиво, номера просторные. Есть открытый бассейн. Если не нужно ездить в центр - то хороший выбор. Мне нужно было выспаться и тишина- мне отель подошел.

Грязный балкон, выпить кофе с утра на балконе удовольствие, но он был очень грязным , видно что люди это делают редко, поэтому его не моют.

I had a very pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Florya. The hotel has a great location, comfortable rooms, a nice atmosphere, and good service overall. Everything was clean and well organized, and the area around the hotel is very enjoyable. I would especially like to mention the Atrox restaurant. The food and service were very good, and our waitress Aysenur did an excellent job. She was professional, attentive, friendly, and made the dining experience even better. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would be happy to stay here again.

Resepsiyondaki calisan kızlar cok ilgisizdi sanki zorla calistiriliyorlar gibi tavırları vardı... on ofis müdürü beyefendi harika bir insandı sadece o fark yaratiyordu, öyleki otelden check out vaktimizden once memnuniyetsizligimizden 3 gün önce ayrıldık resepsiyondaki kiz bir sorununuzmu var neden ayrılıyorsunuz falan diye sormadı bile , klima sistemi daha vakti gelmediği icin soğutma sistemi daha aktiflestirilmedigi söylendi bize dışarıda hava 30 derece iken bir otelde bu nasil olabilir...!!! Gerçekten bu fiyata böyle bir otel olmamaz cok kötüydü...

Great choice for location and comfort, especially with the proximity to the aquarium. The food at the hotel is excellent. Just worth requesting a room on a higher floor to minimize any event noise from the outdoor areas. Special thanks to Mr. Berke, Mr. Aedn and Miss Handan for their exceptional hospitality and assistance during our stay!

I would especially like to highlight Helin from the Club Lounge at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul. Her service has been outstanding from the very first moment: always friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. She makes guests feel welcome and comfortable with her warm attitude and constant smile. It is also impressive how well she communicates with international guests, speaking her native Turkish, fluent English, and even some Spanish. That extra effort really makes a difference and shows her dedication to providing excellent customer service. People like Helin truly elevate the hotel experience. Breakfast was lovely and the service was very good overall. However, the only concern was the girl placing the fruit with her bare hands. I kindly suggest that she use protective gloves or utensils when handling the fruit directly. Other than that, everything was very enjoyable.

location is a bit far from Istanbul city center. For it was just overnight stay, while waiting for the flight home. room looks great, no complaints. But.. there is a major set back- they allow smoking inside the restaurant and in the restaurant terrace. They know, this is a major set back, when mentioned- staff puts smile on their faces- yes we know (too bad- silent). Next day, we are ordering room service delivery. For us smoking- is a huge No-No

The best hotel in Istanbul for us. We are always returning ... 6 years we are coming to Crowne plaza, we love Aqua Florya too much. Reception staff, housekeeping, restaurants staff, everybody nice and helpfull always. Breakfast is amazing with a lot high quality food. Looking forward to come soon again.

Отель оставил крайне неприятное впечатление. Сервис находится на очень низком уровне, а отношение к клиентам просто ужасное. Персонал вел себя равнодушно и грубо, на просьбы реагировали неохотно, а некоторые вопросы вообще остались без решения. Очень жаль потраченных денег и времени. Не рекомендую этот отель тем, кто ценит нормальный сервис и уважительное отношение к гостям.

Отдельно хочется сказать про сервис — он просто отвратительный. На ресепшене сотрудники постоянно игнорировали гостей, заселение заняло почти час без каких-либо объяснений или извинений.Забрать депозит занял 45 минут.Персонал ведёт себя так, будто делает одолжение, а не выполняет свою работу.Создаётся ощущение полного безразличия к гостям и их комфорту.

В момент выезда из отеля, ощущение что на тебя им уже наплевать. Мне с маленьким ребенком пришлось тащить чемоданы к выходу самой.. неприятный осадок остался. Почему нельзя оставить полноценно приятные впечатления?

Hotel zachwyca komfortem, świetną obsługą i genialną lokalizacją, która pozwala połączyć zwiedzanie z odpoczynkiem. Kilka minut spacerem znajduje się stacja Marmaray, dzięki której można szybko i wygodnie dotrzeć do najważniejszych punktów Stambułu, a jednocześnie nocować w spokojnej, zacisznej okolicy z dala od miejskiego zgiełku. Dodatkowym ogromnym plusem jest piękny deptak nad morzem, świetne restauracje oraz centrum handlowe tuż obok.

Die Lage direkt am Meer sehr ruhig und entspannt. Das morgen Buffet war einfach eine Wucht. Es gab alles und der Koch hat sogar extra wünsche ermöglicht! Einfach top. Der Service vom Personal vorallem am Morgen ist 10/10!

Crowne Plaza standard was maintained. I was there for a 2 day conference (Global Slag 2026). Therefore it was very comfortable as the conference was in the same hotel. The location is picturesque, just next to the Marmara sea. However it is a bit far from the historic City of Istanbul. A special mention for Fatma, who arranged my room every day and greeted everyone with a smile and small talk. The reception staff were also very friendly and i got Upgraded to a room with lateral sea view (free of charge). Overall- a good experience!

I realise that inflation is high in Türkiye and that the hotel is a 5-star property, but even considering that some of the prices of local beer was horrendous!
