I had a truly exceptional and memorable experience during my stay at the Hyatt Regency. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff, which set the tone for a very comfortable and enjoyable visit. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast experience. The selection was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to different tastes and preferences. Everything was beautifully presented and consistently delicious, making each morning something to look forward to. The attention to detail in both the food and the service truly reflected a high standard of hospitality. What made my stay particularly special, however, was the exceptional service provided by certain members of the team. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Jerilyn from the 26th-floor Regency Lounge. Her attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care for guests were evident in every interaction. She went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, always greeting guests warmly and assisting with a positive attitude. I would also like to commend Abdullah from Reception, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my stay. He handled every request efficiently and with great courtesy, making the check-in and overall experience seamless and stress-free. His willingness to assist and his welcoming demeanor made a significant difference. Overall, the combination of excellent facilities, outstanding dining, and truly remarkable service made my stay unforgettable. The dedication and commitment of the staff to providing top-quality hospitality are clearly evident, and I would not hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others seeking a high standard of comfort and service.

While my overall experience was very positive, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The twin room felt slightly limited in space, and a bit more room would have made the stay even more comfortable, especially when accommodating two guests. Additionally, it would be beneficial if twin rooms were available on higher floors with club access. Currently, these options seem to be separate, which may not be as convenient for guests who prefer both a twin setup and the added benefits of club-level amenities. Offering this combination would enhance flexibility and further elevate the guest experience.

Room Service - Breakfast was not good. The scrambled eggs were cold and not tasty., I ordered crossiant ad honey which were not delivered. Nevertheless, i was charged full breakfast rate.
