Breakfast is not included, very expensive to add later. Need to take careful consideration of check in time (between 4pm and 5pm). But were flexible. Rooms need maintenance, fridge not working (freezer door missing), table not safe, wardrobes not full length for thobe/abaya. However, service and staff were excellent and only 5 minute brisk walk to gate 328 which makes up for state of rooms. Overall happy with our stay.

Fantastic hotel!!! Great experience and fantastic customer service from receptionist to concierge to room service and cleaning. Everything was well spot on and felt like a king in this hotel. This should be 5 star hotel as it was much better than the 5 star hotel i stayed in mekkah. Walk to the mosque is only 5 mins. What a amazing and fantastic experience from myself and my family!!! We loved it!!!!

The hotel goes way out of their way for customers. Their hospitality is amazing. House keeping is available 24 hours a day. We really had an amazing experience with Saja Al-Medina. It is about a 3 to 5 min walk to the ladies section. Very convenient.

I booked the room for 2 nights. After 1 night the reception was calling the room again and again. They were saying I booked for one night. They send people 2 times when we all were sleeping. That guy wake us up and told us to contact reception. Rooms service did to clean the room on 2nd day. Had ask for towel couple of times. Last thing they disabled my room key. I had to go down and ask them to reactivate it. Even though the hotel amenities were good the administration and reception is the worst.

We enjoyed our stay at Saja Al Madinah Hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Haram, which made everything very convenient. The rooms were clean and generally comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel would benefit from some renovations, as the furniture felt quite dated. The internet connection was also a bit slow during our stay. One practical tip: try to avoid using the elevators right before and after prayer times, as they tend to get very crowded and can take a while to arrive. I would highly recommend Saja Al Madinah. It is very close to the Masjid Al Nabawi. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has great variety of food. The rooms are clean. Great experience overall.

After traveling for almost 17-18 hours we went to the hotel at 10:30am in the morning and when I spoke to a staff she said the room will be available after 12:30pm. We went back at 2pm and requested to check in. There was a different lady name Fatema was working and she said no we have to wait until 5pm because this is what our booking say. I requested nicely saying we travelled so long and we are very tired and if she can provide us a room earlier but she refused. She then said there is no room available but in front of my face I saw lot of people checked out. I felt like it was her that she did not want to give us room earlier than 5pm. I travel a lot and I never experienced it before. Most of the hotel actually flexible and when they hear long traveling time they usually accommodate.

I stayed here with a large Hajj tour group. It is conveniently located near the Masjid, a five minute walk. Our room consisted of 5 beds and each bed had its own nightstand, closet and safety deposit box. Bed linens and towels were clean. The buffet was very good with lots of variety and fresh fruits and salads. Overall this was a pleasant hotel.

Hotel is located just few mins walk to/from Masjid Nabawi, close to the women entrance. There is a laundrette on the right side of hotel's door with plenty of food choices around. No cleaning service during our stay, but it has clean bathroom with nice bed. We stayed in a room for 5 and room has designated wardrobe for each. Will stay again next time I go to the holy land, insya Allah.

Failure of the hotel to provide towels for guest numbers over a 24 hour period: Arrived on Fri 18th April, family of four at 10pm The shower room only had 2 large towels and 2 small ones reception/house keeping was contacted and rep for the floor appeared and said there's no towels until the following day Following day requested towels on 4 occasions until 5pm and only after speaking to the Duty Manager and explaining how appalled I was at the situation did I receive fresh towels. This should not have been the case when I had booked this hotel for 6 days - even after raising this issue, there was no upgrade whatsoever. Also, not least to mention i do not feel it meets the standards of a 4* hotel but more so of a 3* hotel. - The floor carpets had to be recleaned so I was moved to a different floor at great inconvenience, i.e 1 hr repacking and then waiting for 2 hrs for new room to be prepared, another hr to unpack. The bathrooms are very dated and seem like a hotel bathroom from 25 years ago - needs massive reinvestment.

Absolutely terrible experience done reservation over booking.com everything paid when we reached there they said it was cancelled. However on my app everything was confirmed even phoned booking.com they said it's all ok and reserved. The staff printed something in arabic that I cancelled which I never I told them to print this in English they kept quiet that's when I realised it was their fault. Worst experience ever!

Very convenient, less than 5 mn walk to the haram. Super welcoming and friendly staff, Khulood from the guest relation team called every day to check if everything was fine and to ask if we needed anything. Munther from the reception team gave us an upgrade without me asking for it. The breakfast had a good range of hot and cold options with alternating hot menu every other day. The room was enough for 4 adults and the cleaning team came every day to do the room.

Bathroom needed fixing in a lot of places for example, the door handle, the toilet, etc. The main door was scraping with its frame making it difficult to open. Iron was pretty damaged and not working however customer service was very good and a replacement was brought quickly.

Our stay at Saja Al Madinah Hotel was excellent! The room was very comfortable and had amazing views of the city, which made our experience even more special. The hotel's location is fantastic — just a short and easy walk to Masjid Al Nabawi, which was incredibly convenient for prayer and visits. Although we didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, the ice cream shop in the lobby was a hidden gem — seriously some of the best ice cream we’ve had! The front desk staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. Great comfort, service, and location all in one!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a great experience Alhamdulillah. The location is good and the staff is welcoming. Check-in was smooth. We were in room 1430 which had the Uhud mountain view. 2 minutes walking from masjid nobobi.

At the reception I was greeted with very friendly service willing to accomodate towards all my needs, Brother Faris at the desk was very helpful and gave us plenty of options to make our last minute stay the best experience I was there for 2 nights at a very busy time during the last 10 days of Ramadhan, so unfortunately after many attempts of asking for a wheelchair for my mum, they were unable to provide one which ment she had to do alot of walking with a walking stick and got very tired, if I had known a wheelchair wont be available prior to my visit, we would've travelled with her wheelchair from makkah

Would NOT recommend, every facet of the stay aside from the location was disappointing and an inconvenience. - The lifts in the hotel are limited, small and stop at every floor as a result when it is prayer time and everyone is heading to and fro the masjid at the same time it takes a really long time as lifts are full, you are queuing to get into the lift and if that if there’s space when it stops. - The bathroom was outdated, extremely dirty, the bathtub was something out of the 90’s, you have to warm up the water 15 minutes before use using a button. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned during our stay of four days despite having asked and the toilet paper was also not topped up. - The room door lock was broken hindering our security. - The room had a consistent awful stench like somebody had been cooking fish in it. - The room was dirty, the carpet was dirty, there was garffiti on the surfaces. - There was dirty used Hijama cups left outside of our room. - The house keeping didn’t come unless asked, even then the room wasn’t clean. - The hotel food was the worst I have ever had and the smell was stomach churning. The drink option provided was cordial and the price we payed for single Iftar per person was 110 SAR. - The price of the hotel and the price for food is 5 Star but the quality does not equate to a single star. It’s Unfathmoable that they have been given 5 stars. The stay at this hotel was the most disappointing part of my trip to Saudia.

The underground parking is full. No street parking. It is very difficult to find parking. The service is good. The property is ok, personally if I knew how is the room, bathroom and property in general I will never go there. This place deserves 3 stars max. After reading all the negative reviews, I was very cautious that what will happen? BUT I proudly can say we had a wicked time. Start till the end everything was dealt with such a professional way, which made our stay enjoyably. Our flight was delay as usual (Turkish airline) and i email to the hotel . Hotel replied back promptly. Staff at the hotel are always ready to help you out. Room service is awesome. Twice a day and guys are always happy to help you out. Hotel is few minutes away from the Haram Sharif (Prophet Mosque) you will enter through gate no 328 , 329, perfect gates for the ladies, gents can go through as well. Lot of food shops around the hotel, also money changes and shops for shopping. We had an issue and would like to check out bit late and hotel allowed us to check out by pm. We also left our valuable stuff in the room, I emailed to the hotel and response came back saying worry not we have found your valuable, please come and collect. In short I will strongly suggest you to ignore all the negative reviews and give a go. In case you do not like the room ask and they will definitely help you to change. TIP:- Remember you are in Madinah (prophet city) look wider picture and small things to ruin your trip. Keep us in your dua's

Really good service from Hameed and Shafiq there was quick service from both of them. They were both exceptionally fast and kind, amazing work from the hotel. the rooms were very clean and quiet and the cleaners didn't refuse to help i would recommend staying at this hotel.

I would say it is 3 star plus but charges are up to 5 star hotel. Not value for money. Television didn't work. I stayed there 5 days. Door security lock didn't work despite made request 3 time to fix it. Although it is close to Prophet Mosque but what you pay is not worth to stay there.

Absolutely scammed us! Sold us a 5 star dream hotel, only to arrive and told us the booking is no longer available, after back and forth they told us we are lucky we are not on the street! Took over £13k for the holiday and put us in a 1 star hostel, unhygienic, really dirty, far from the masjid. They then after a back and forth over 2 days, gave us 2 rooms in another hotel and the family has been split up and staying miles away. The pregnant member of our family and 1 and 3 year old are in one hotel and the others in another hotel. We actually have no words for such vile behaviour, using people who are going to the holy land, promising them the world and then messing them around when we are here. Do not use this company. I wish we listened to the reviews. The new hotel is no better than the last 1 star one they put us in. So we have had to pack, unpack, lug around 2 young children, only to be messed around non stop the stress caused has been unreal. They take 5 star prices and then put you in a 1 star and pocket the rest. All we hear is... be patient we are trying to sort you a place with our supplier. Lucky your not on the street. Fact is we paid for a booking which was never made. If it was made a booked room doesn't disappear and you don't end up on the street!

I would not recommend this hotel because of the customer service was awful .I requested a hair dryer literally 5 times and was told will send it each time I waited and didn’t receive it . I even went to reception physically to ask for it and was told we will send and did not receive .it was very uncomfortable the whole stay I had to sit with wet hair . The rooms are very gloomy and small .

This property is decently located by the prophet mosque a quick 3 minute walk and very close to bin Daoud. Room service is amazing.
